Originally from Vancouver, Washington, Gunnar has lived in Bend since 2015. He is an avid fan of the Portland Trailblazers and a lover of board games. Gunnar spends his time outside of BFF with his wife Avalon, his two dogs Lucy and Ruben, and his cat Rahm.

With over 30 years of heartfelt dedication in the IDD community Lisa brings warmth, wisdom, and a great sense of humor to her role as Associate Director. She's passionate about creating a supportive, joyful environment where everyone can thrive. Outside of work, she's a proud wife, mom to three incredible grown kids, and dog mom. Whether she's riding motorcycles or tearing through Baja in a SxS with her husband, she is all about adventure and family.

Aiden grew up in Eugene in his family's adult foster home, until moving to Bend with them in 2015. He began working in the home in 2018 as soon as he turned 18. Aiden spends most of his time outside of work working on and riding motorcycles, throwing the ball for his dogs, and spending time with his family.

Hi, I’m Hailey, a program manager at Bend Family Friends. I’m passionate about helping others live their best lives in safe, supportive environments and am committed to compassionate, person-centered care. I genuinely enjoy creating support documents and care plans, especially finding the right words to paint a clear picture. Outside of work, I love road-tripping around the PNW and relaxing with my cats, Soyer and Poe Poe.

Keona has been in this field for three years and fell in love with it immediately. She started out as a DSP and quickly advanced to program manager. Keona is highly motivated by seeing clients smile and grow as individuals. In her free time, she enjoys camping, playing volleyball, spending time with friends and family, and hiking with her dog, Willow.
